STEP 3: TEXTURIZING THE IMAGE
Next thing to do is by texturing the image to make it look like a cool brush.
Select FILTER on the menu bar then go to TEXTURE and choose TEXTURIZER.

On the TEXTURIZER window, go to SKETCH folder and choose TORN EDGES to make your brush more cool and then OK.

So, after that, your image will look like this. See, so cool!

STEP 4: MAKE THE IMAGE A BRUSH
So, we’re already done in texturing. Now let’s move on to the best and last part of this discussion. We’ll make Naruto a cool and nice PS Brush.
Select EDIT on the menu bar then choose DEFINE BRUSH PRESET.

After selecting the DEFINE BRUSH PRESET on the EDIT menu, a BRUSH NAME dialog box will appear. In BRUSH NAME you can put your own name for your brush. So, I put Naruto as a name of the brush and then OK.

So, you can now test your own PS Brush.
Open a new clipboard with white background. Go to BRUSH TOOL then on the above, click the drop down arrow and choose your brush creation.

And now paste it into your clipboard.

Here’s now the finish product. You have now your own cool and nice PS Brush!
